Zero Parallax Technologies is a deep-tech startup that makes visual and thermal cameras for industrial applications as well as software related to large area monitoring.

 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Zero Parallax Technologies in Malmö. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day camera assembly (including optics, electronics and mechanics) operations, managing production schedules, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, ensuring product quality and adherence to standards. Initially hands on approach and then hiring and managing a team of production staff.

 

Qualifications

• Experience in production management or related roles

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Attention to detail and a focus on efficiency

• Experience with project management software

• Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
